From personal experience I know how crucial it is to feel home and comfortable when arriving in an unknown and new country or city. Often times your priorities are absorbed by work related duties and to take care of housing, schooling, paperwork is cumbersome. It is my passion and drive to help and support you with facilitating and finding the right places for you and your family and make you feel at ease.
About MyExpat
Triggered by my husband’s expat career, I have spent 20 years living and working abroad, in a wide spectrum of countries and cultures and in different stages of my family life – first assignment in Hungary as just married couple, then baby-born in Singapore, toddler in Indonesia and teenagers in Switzerland and Germany…… I can definitely say that it is an enrichment to my life, although it was not all that easy……learning languages (Hungarian, Bahasa Indonesia), dealing with local health care systems, finding the right housing and schooling (in all of our locations) building up a social network, finding (part-time-) employment…but also getting to know and make friendship with great people. Adventures I definitely would do again – and now just settled, back in my home-country, I can share this experience with you and use to help you settle in as well!
